1. Multiple Accounts

You may NOT have more than one (1) account. If it comes to our attention that you have more than one account, both of your accounts will be closed and you will be permanently banned. Any money that you have spent on turns WILL NOT be refunded. That is consitered cheating and it will not be tolerated.

2. Shared Computers

Thug Wars does not support multiple accounts being used off of a shared computer. Only one account will be able to play per round. Please note that accounts used on a shared computer will also appear as a multiple account and you run the risk of having both accounts deleted.

3. Quitting

If you are required to quit Thug Wars please contact an Admin via in-game support board. They will disable your account. Please note, disabled accounts cannot be re-enabled.

4. Profile Abuse

Having a profile is a priviledge. Do not abuse it. Do not post copyrighted images, or image depicting beastiality, porn, hate, or anything illegal. You agree that if any of these images, links and text are posted, and we are contacted by parents or attornies, you information will be handed over to them immediately for prosecution. You alone are responsible for the images, links and text that you upload, not us.

5. Credit Card Fraud (applies to upgrades)

If you use a credit card that is stolen, YOU WILL get caught and turned over to the authorities. That is fraud and will not go unpunished. If you use your credit card or paypal account and then decide to call your credit card company or paypal and dispute the charges, that is FRAUD also. Remember, it only takes a couple minutes of our time to research this and provide them with the information that they need to file FRAUD charges against you. Fraud is a felony in most states and is punishible by prison time and a fine. If you don''t want to be someone''s bitch while in prison, then DON''T commit fraud. If fraud is committed by you, we will immediately file a civil suit that entitles us to 10 times the amount, plus attornies fees, damages, loss of wages, and the damage done to the reputation of the company. So just don''t do it, its not worth it.

6. Posting Messages

Don't use the public message board for conversations. That is why we have the private messages and crew message boards.

7. External Linking

You can not link to any website that is not directly hosted on the Beanbag Wrestling Network. If any link is found you run the risk of having your entire account disabled with no chance of being re-enabled.
